About Nexus Rehab

Workplace rehabilitation provider

A rehabilitation provider you don't have to chase. We coordinate workplace and road-injury claims across NSW, covering workers compensation, CTP and icare, under one plan.

Nexus Rehab was built by people who have worked inside the injury-management system, on more than one side of it. We have seen good claims stall for reasons that have nothing to do with the injury itself: the call that goes unreturned, the report that arrives a week late, the four people on a claim who never quite share the same plan.

We started Nexus to take that friction out. Not with more process, but with one clear method, published on this site and the same for every referral, that keeps the worker, employer, insurer and healthcare team moving together.

How we work

01

A process you can read before you refer

Four stages, the same every time: refer, assess, plan, recover at work. It's published on this site, so you know what happens next without asking.

02

Four parties, one coordinator

Worker, employer, insurer and healthcare team, all aligned by one point of contact. You deal with one person who knows the whole claim, instead of chasing voicemails.

03

One provider across NSW schemes

SIRA-approved for workers compensation, plus CTP, motor accident and icare including Lifetime Care. We use the same method whichever scheme funds the claim.

04

Pre-approved, no surprises

We confirm funding with the insurer before any service starts. Insurers and doctors get clear reports they can act on. Nothing is delivered until the insurer approves it, so there are no surprise invoices.

The insurer is billed directly.

For approved rehabilitation under workers compensation, CTP and icare, we invoice the insurer, not the injured worker or the employer. Funding is confirmed before any service starts.

Our commitment

We aim to acknowledge every referral within one business day. Every service is pre-approved by the scheme before it's delivered. You get one plan and one point of contact on every claim.
