What we do
We support workers from first contact after injury to a durable return, for workers compensation and CTP claims alike. Hover a service to see what it covers.
How it works
You refer. We contact the injured person, explain the process in plain language, and get moving.
We start with an initial assessment to understand the injured person's situation, their current capacity, and what they need to get back to work.
Functional and vocational assessments establish safe work capacity and suitable duties. We build the return-to-work plan around them, with timeframes and milestones agreed by every party.
We coordinate worker, employer, insurer and healthcare team, monitor progress, and adjust until the return holds.
Every service is approved by the funding scheme before it is delivered. Timing matters too. SIRA analysis links engaging a provider early, within around 13 weeks of injury, to better return-to-work rates, with the largest lift for psychological injury.

We deliver workplace rehabilitation and injury management under the NSW workers compensation scheme, regulated by SIRA. We also support people injured on the road through CTP and motor accident claims, and those with severe injuries under icare schemes including Lifetime Care & Support.
Approved rehabilitation services are funded under the relevant scheme, at no cost to the injured person. We confirm funding with the insurer before any service begins, so there are no surprise invoices.
