A new direction after injury
Vocational Assessment & Job Seeking
Sometimes an injury means the pre-injury role is gone for good, and the next job has to come from somewhere else. We work out what someone can safely do now, then help them find real work that fits.

What it is
Vocational assessment identifies the roles a person can return to, based on their skills, work history and current capacity. When the pre-injury employer cannot accommodate a return, the focus shifts to a new employer. We combine that assessment with labour-market analysis, vocational counselling, retraining advice and structured job seeking. The aim is durable work in a suitable role, not just a documented job search.
Who it’s for
This service is for injured workers and motorists whose pre-injury role no longer exists or can no longer be done. It is for insurers and case managers who need a defensible vocational plan and a documented record of the job search. It is for employers open to hosting a work trial or a new placement. And it is for treating doctors who have certified capacity for different work and want a practical path to it.
Outcome
A realistic new-role target, the skills to compete for it, and a documented plan to get there.
