Assessments that hold up on the file
When capacity is unclear or in dispute, we can arrange a functional capacity evaluation to give an objective, standardised baseline, with consistency-of-effort measures built into the testing. A workplace and ergonomic assessment sets out the real physical demands of a role and the suitable duties that match certified capacity. Each report documents method and findings clearly, so it stands when a liability or return-to-work decision is challenged.
Pre-approval before anything is delivered
We confirm approval and funding with the insurer before a service begins, so there are no surprise invoices and you keep control of scope. Across the NSW workers compensation scheme, CTP and motor accident claims, and icare schemes including Lifetime Care and Support, the insurer funds approved services under the scheme. Every service is pre-approved before it is delivered.
