From referral to durable return

Injury Management & Return-to-Work Programs

We manage the claim from the first contact after injury to a return that holds. One coordinator keeps the worker, employer, insurer and healthcare team working to the same plan.

What it is

Injury management is the coordinated process of getting an injured person back to safe, suitable work and keeping them there. A return-to-work program is the plan that makes it happen: suitable duties, clear timeframes and recovery milestones agreed by everyone involved. We act as the central coordinator across the claim, whether the return is with the same employer or a new one. The approach is needs-based and biopsychosocial, built around recovery at work rather than waiting on the sidelines.

Who it’s for

This service is for injured workers and motorists who need a structured path back to work, and for the people managing their claim. Insurers and case managers get clean plans and evidence-based recommendations they can act on. Employers get suitable-duties planning and one point of contact through the claim. Treating doctors get their certificate of capacity turned into a workable plan, with reporting on how it holds up.

Outcome

A safe, durable return to work, with every party working to the same plan.

Common questions

A same-employer program brings you back to your original workplace on suitable duties, often on graded hours that build up as you recover. A new-employer program applies when the pre-injury employer cannot accommodate a safe role — we add vocational assessment, retraining advice and job-seeking support to find a new direction. Both are built around your capacity and your recovery, not a fixed timetable.
