What it is
A workplace and ergonomic assessment is an on-site analysis of a role and its physical demands. Our consultant observes the tasks, the workstation and the environment, then weighs those demands against the injured person's current capacity. From there we recommend practical adjustments to reduce ergonomic risk, covering duties, equipment, layout or work pattern. The output is a clear, evidence-based picture of the suitable duties an injured worker or motorist can safely perform.

This assessment is for employers arranging a safe return, and for insurers and case managers who need a defensible view of a role's demands. It supports treating doctors matching certification to real duties, and injured workers and injured motorists who are ready to return but need the job, or the workstation, adjusted around their recovery.
