Workplace rehabilitation across Eastern Sydney
Nexus Rehab is a SIRA-approved workplace rehabilitation and injury-management provider working across Eastern Sydney. We are a mobile service, not a clinic — we travel to the workplace, meet in the community or work by telehealth, from Paddington and Double Bay through to Coogee, Maroubra and Kingsford. Our job is to coordinate a return to work, not to deliver medical treatment.

Eastern Sydney runs from the harbourside suburbs of Rose Bay, Vaucluse and Bellevue Hill down to the beaches at Coogee and Maroubra and the Kingsford end near the Randwick health and education precinct. Work here leans on hospitality and retail, the health and university campuses, professional services and the trades that build and maintain the area. When a worker is injured, we visit the workplace, look at what the role actually requires and help find suitable duties that fit the treating doctor's certificate. Across all of it we keep the worker, employer, insurer and healthcare team coordinated on one return-to-work plan.
Who we work with
Referrals come from insurers, scheme agents and case managers, and from employers and injured workers directly. Once we are engaged, we work with the employer and the worker's nominated treating doctor so the return-to-work plan stays consistent for everyone. Any employer or worker across Eastern Sydney can refer, and we confirm scope and funding with the insurer before we start.
