We travel to the workplace, meet people in the community, or work by telehealth. Nothing about our service depends on you coming to us — we come to the worksite.

The Upper North Shore mixes suburban working life — retail, healthcare, education and professional services around Hornsby — with the horticulture, landscaping and small-holding work of the rural fringe past Galston and Arcadia. Injuries in these settings can look very different, so Nexus coordinates the return-to-work side of each claim to suit the actual job: a workplace assessment, suitable duties matched to certified capacity, and one coordinator keeping worker, employer and insurer to the same plan. As a SIRA-approved workplace rehabilitation provider, we coordinate the return to work and leave the medical treatment to the worker's own treating team. We work across the district in person and by telehealth.

From the Hornsby suburbs to the market gardens further out, we work alongside the worker, the employer, the insurer and the healthcare team — coordinating around their clinical calls rather than making them.
