Nexus Rehab is a SIRA-approved workplace rehabilitation and injury-management provider covering Northern Sydney. There is no office to visit — we come to the workplace, meet in the community or connect by telehealth across suburbs like Chatswood West, Epping, Gladesville and Hunters Hill. We coordinate the return to work; we do not provide clinical care or treatment.

After an injury, we assess the workplace, set out the demands of the role and help match them to suitable duties on the doctor's certificate. We keep the worker, employer, insurer and healthcare team aligned to a single return-to-work plan.
Who we work with
Insurers, scheme agents and case managers refer files to us, and so do employers and injured workers directly. From there we work with the employer's site and the worker's nominated treating doctor to keep the plan moving in one direction. Employers and workers anywhere in Northern Sydney can make a referral, and we agree scope and approval with the insurer before any service starts.
