Workplace rehabilitation across St George
Nexus Rehab is a SIRA-approved workplace rehabilitation and injury-management provider working across the St George area. We do not run a clinic here — we travel to workplaces from Hurstville to Kogarah, meet in the community, or work by telehealth. Our role is to coordinate a safe return to work, not to provide medical treatment.

When someone is injured on the job, we visit the workplace, review the real demands of the role and help identify suitable duties that fit the treating doctor's certificate. We keep the worker, employer, insurer and healthcare team working to one return-to-work plan across the area.
Who we work with
Referrals reach us from insurers and scheme agents, case managers, employers and injured workers themselves. Once a file is open, we work alongside the employer and the worker's nominated treating doctor so everyone is coordinating toward the same return-to-work goal. Any St George employer or worker can start a referral, and we confirm scope and approval with the insurer before we begin.
