When a worker is injured, Nexus coordinates the return-to-work side of the claim — a workplace assessment, suitable duties built from the capacity the treating doctor has certified, and a single coordinator keeping worker, employer and insurer aligned. As a SIRA-approved workplace rehabilitation provider, we coordinate the return to work; the treatment stays with the worker's own doctor. We cover the area in person and by telehealth.
