Workplace rehabilitation across South-Western Sydney
Nexus Rehab is a SIRA-approved workplace rehabilitation and injury-management provider working across South-Western Sydney. We travel to workplaces from Bankstown to Liverpool and Camden, meet workers in the community, or connect by telehealth, so there is no clinic to visit. We coordinate return to work; we do not provide medical treatment.

Injuries in this kind of work usually need suitable duties sorted out on site rather than in an office. We carry out the workplace and ergonomic assessment where the job is actually done, then build a return-to-work plan around the treating doctor's certificate of capacity. The worker, employer, insurer and healthcare team work to one plan, and we coordinate all four without touching the clinical side.
Who we work with
Referrals reach us from insurers and case managers, from employers, and from injured workers, who can nominate their own provider under the NSW scheme. Across South-Western Sydney we work alongside employers and their treating doctors to agree suitable duties and keep the plan moving. We handle the return-to-work side; a worker's medical care stays with their own treating team.
