Workplace rehabilitation across Hills District
Nexus Rehab is a SIRA-approved workplace rehabilitation and injury-management provider working across the Hills District, from Castle Hill, Bella Vista and Baulkham Hills out to Cherrybrook, Dural and the rural fringe. We come to the workplace, meet in the community, or work by telehealth, so there is no clinic to attend. Our role is to coordinate a return to work after a work or road injury, not to provide treatment.

The Hills District mixes business-park and professional-services work around Norwest and Bella Vista with retail, healthcare, aged care and a steady amount of construction across the growth corridor, plus semi-rural work out towards Dural and the Macdonald Valley. When an injury stops someone doing their role the usual way, the question is what they can safely do in the meantime. Nexus carries out a workplace assessment, works to the certificate of capacity, and builds suitable duties the employer can put in place. We keep the worker, employer, insurer and healthcare team to one plan and coordinate that side of the claim — we do not diagnose or treat.
Who we work with
Referrals reach us from insurers and case managers, from employers, and from injured workers, who can choose their own provider under the NSW scheme. Across the Hills District we work alongside the nominated treating doctor and the employer to keep the return to work on track, from an office in Bella Vista to a worksite in Baulkham Hills. The same applies to motor accident claims, where the CTP insurer funds the approved services.
